Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Professional to lead and expand our strategic partnerships and initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with our executive and technical teams to drive business growth, establish new collaborations, and contribute to AIEI’s long-term strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities within the AI and digital technology sectors.
- Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies for revenue growth, focusing on new business opportunities, grants, and funding sources that align with AIEI’s objectives.
- Proposal Development: Lead the creation of high-impact proposals, including grant applications, investment pitches, and partnership agreements, tailored to attract funding and collaboration.
- Product and Service Expansion: Identify potential markets for AIEI’s products and services, and work with internal teams to tailor offerings to meet partner needs.- Stakeholder Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners, ensuring satisfaction, ongoing collaboration, and potential expansion of joint projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical, marketing, and project management teams to align business development goals with AIEI’s research and development initiatives.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the creation of AIEI’s long-term business development roadmap, outlining priority areas for growth, market penetration, and partner engagement.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with prospective partners, ensuring terms that align with AIEI’s objectives and secure favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines and deliverables for collaborative projects, ensuring alignment with contractual commitments and successful implementation.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent AIEI at key industry conferences, networking events, and forums to build brand awareness, establish thought leadership, and foster relationships with potential partners.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Set and monitor KPIs for business development initiatives, regularly reporting progress, challenges, and outcomes to the executive team.
- Client Needs Assessment: Regularly engage with prospective and current partners to understand their needs and tailor AIEI’s offerings to enhance value and relevance.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess risks in potential business ventures or partnerships, providing recommendations for mitigation or alternative approaches.
Qualifications and skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and managing partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the AI industry, digital technologies, and emerging tech trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent English skills is preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and strategic thinker, with strong organizational skills
