Position Overview: CMKL University is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator with strong English language skills to support our graduate student community. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for education, student success, and program management. The Program Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring a high-quality experience for our graduate students by overseeing program logistics, student support, and academic resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of program operations, including scheduling, logistics, and event planning, to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Serve as the main point of contact for graduate students, providing guidance, resources, and information on program requirements.
- Organize and lead orientation sessions, academic workshops, and other engagement events to facilitate student integration and success.
- Assist in academic advising processes, including monitoring student progress, managing records, and supporting students through program milestones.
- Work closely with faculty and departments to plan research seminars, conferences, and professional development events for students.
- Provide high-level administrative support in admissions, student tracking, and graduation preparation, ensuring compliance with university policies.
- Develop clear, concise communications to inform students of key program updates, deadlines, and opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant experience in higher education/student support is a plus.
- Strong command of the English language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with university student information systems is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
