CMKL University is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Registrar Officer to join our growing academic operations team. This role plays a vital part in supporting students, faculty, and institutional processes, ensuring academic integrity and a seamless student journey.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

- Proficiency in digital tools and academic systems

- Good communication and collaboration skills

- Experience in higher education or registrar’s office is a plus

Responsibilities

Student Records & Documentation

- Maintain accurate, up-to-date student academic records in Airtable and other systems.

- Process student document requests and track fulfillment using Airtable.

- Archive and securely store academic records across systems such as Omega, Canvas, and A1CE.

- Ensure data privacy and compliance with institutional standards.

Course Registration & Academic Management

- Manage course offerings and registration setup in Omega to enable student enrollment.

- Oversee course-related processes such as add/drop, withdrawals, and prerequisite checks.

- Follow up with program coordinators and faculty regarding delayed grade submissions.

- Monitor student academic standing, including probation, suspension, and readmission policies.

Graduation & Degree Conferral

- Coordinate the graduation process, including forming graduation lists and selecting the valedictorian.

- Maintain and issue graduation records, diplomas, and graduation certificates.

- Track and confirm degree completion requirements.

Academic Calendar & Institutional Coordination

- Create and maintain the academic calendar in collaboration with academic departments and HR.

- Ensure updates for undergraduate and graduate programs and public holidays are reflected.

- Support alignment of academic operations with institutional policies and timelines.

Institutional Compliance & Policy

- Ensure adherence to academic policies and procedures.

- Develop and maintain a centralized manual of academic operations for CMKL University.

- Coordinate with IT to ensure student email accounts and system access are provisioned correctly.

Advising & Academic Support

- Coordinate with program coordinators to track student academic progress.

- Offer guidance to students on academic policies, procedures, deadlines, and document handling.

- Support faculty with class rosters, grade entry, and use of academic systems.

Credit Transfer & Partnerships

- Evaluate student credit transfer requests in collaboration with academic departments.

- Update course articulation agreements with partner institutions every 2 years.

- Register new students into Omega and A1CE platforms.

Student ID Cards & Insurance Support

- Prepare and issue student ID cards for all enrolled students.

- Coordinate with the university’s insurance provider to enroll students in insurance plans.

- Provide assistance and support to students regarding their insurance coverage, claims, or any related concerns.

- Serve as a liaison between students and the insurance company for resolving issues or clarifying benefits.

Other Responsibilities

- Perform additional registrar duties and administrative support as required.

- Attend meetings and support events or external university activities as needed.

25,000 - 30,000 THB per month
