Artificial Intelligence and Computer Engineering(AiCE) Program at CMKL University is delighted to present “AI Innovator Award 2022 Pitch Competitions”. We are looking for original, and innovative ideas on meaningful technological solutions to shape a better world with AI. Young enthusiasts are eligible to participate in this challenge. Contestants can join as Individual or team entries. The candidates have to share their vision, highlighting the importance of the AI Engineering discipline to create AI systems in accordance with human needs that create positive change in the community.

There will be 3 rounds of the competitions;

Round 1: The Video Pitch

Contestants must submit a video pitch sharing their idea toward AI for the benefit of humanity. Contestants must select one of the following areas of AI Application domain:

• Business, Retail, E-Commerce & Finance
• Gaming, Entertainment and Creative Economy
• Bio-economy and Environmental Sustainability
• Human rights and open society

Round 2: Elevator Pitch & Network

Contestants must deliver an “elevator pitch” that communicates the idea and concept quickly and effectively on stage at a CMKL Open House event on October 8, 2022, at CMKL University.

Round 3: Demo the Prototype

The Finalists will be expected to use visual media or theatrical-visual performance to express their idea/concept and explain how it will positively impact the community and human society in a presentation performance for a live audience on November 26, 2022, at CMKL University.

The applications will be evaluated on their uniqueness, innovation, feasibility, technology integration, presentation, ethics and the positive impact on people and society. The winner of the competition will be awarded scholarships worth up to 50,000 Baht and the AI Innovator Trophy on December 13, 2022, at CMKL Tech Summit, Millennium Hilton Bangkok. The competition is free and open to the public. Those wishing to participate in the pitch competition must complete an application and be selected.
