The Student Community Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and overseeing all student activities and events, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment. This role requires a passion for working with students, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to create a fun and supportive atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
    • Experience in event planning, student services, or a related area.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Fluency in Thai and English
    • A big heart and the ability to connect well with students.
    • Creativity and enthusiasm for developing engaging student activities.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
    • Experience working in an educational institution is a plus.
  • Responsibilities

    Student Engagement

    • Plan, organize, and execute a variety of student activities and events, including cultural, recreational, and educational programs.
    • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students.
    • Develop and implement programs that promote student engagement and community building.

    Student Support

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for students regarding activities and events.
    • Provide guidance and support to student organizations and clubs.
    • Address student concerns and feedback related to activities and events.

    Event Coordination

    • Coordinate logistics for student events, including venue booking, equipment, and supplies.
    • Collaborate with other university departments to ensure successful event execution.
    • Manage budgets for student activities and ensure cost-effective planning.

    Communication

    • Promote student activities and events through various channels, including social media, newsletters, and campus announcements.
    • Maintain regular communication with students to keep them informed about upcoming events and opportunities.

    Leadership and Mentoring

    • Mentor and guide student leaders in planning and executing their own events.
    • Encourage student participation and leadership in university activities.

    Salary:

    ฿30,000.00 - ฿35,000.00 /Month
