Mobile App Data Management

A1CEMobile provides a subset of the full A1CE study management functionality via a convenient, mobile-friendly user interface. The app can be downloaded for free from both the Apple App Store and Android Google Play. Please note, however, that only students and faculty registered at CMKL University can use the app. 

A1CEMobile uses CMKL-managed Google accounts for authentication. Every student and faculty member receives an email account in the cmkl.ac.th domain. This becomes their login credential for accessing the app. 

Since CMKL manages all user emails, account creation and deletion are not supported within the app.

While the A1CE database holds extensive information about student educational activities, the app stores only a limited amount of data, specifically the user’s email address and login timestamps.

Users may request deletion of A1CEMobile access data and permissions by contacting

help@cmkl.ac.th. This will not affect their access to the main A1CE software hosted by CMKL University.

After deletion, academic and identity records are retained according to university policy.
