Application Requirements

  • Online applicationSubmitted through the official CMKL portal, with a non-refundable 2,500 THB application fee.
  • TranscriptsOfficial transcripts from all secondary schools; a high school diploma or equivalent (e.g. GED) is required.
  • English proficiency
    • Duolingo (DET) 105+
    • TOEFL iBT 70+ (test taken prior to 21 Jan 2026) or 4.0 (test taken from 21 Jan 2026)
    • IELTS 6.0+
      • Note: Applicants who have attended an institution in an English‑speaking country may be eligible for a waiver of the English proficiency requirement.
  • Video interviewA short video, recorded in English, so the committee can assess your communication and motivation.
  • Statement of purpose (optional)250–1,000 words on your goals, background, and reasons for applying.
  • Recommendation letters (optional)1–3 letters from teachers, employers, or mentors, dated within the last two years.
  • Resume / CV / portfolio (optional)Any format — highlights your experience, academic history, or sample work.
  • Computer science proficiency (optional)Credentials such as CS50, AP Computer Science, an IB/A-Level equivalent, or a Hackerrank test.

Create your account on the CMKL application hub to begin your application.

Choose Your Program

Review CMKL programs and select the one that fits your goals. Then choose the admission round that works best for your timeline.

Submit Your Application

Apply through the CMKL application hub at apply.cmkl.ac.th and upload all required documents.

Pay the Application Fee

Pay the application fee through the CMKL Payment Gateway. Fee waivers may be available for applicants with financial need or current CMKL students applying to graduate programs.

Application Review

Shortlisted candidates will receive an email with next steps and further instructions.

Attend Interview, If Required

Some applicants may be invited for an interview. You may present a past project during your self-introduction. The interview is a conversation, not an examination.

Receive Admission Decision

Admission results are announced before each round’s notification date. Outcomes may include Admit, Defer, Waitlist, or Reject. Financial aid decisions may take additional time.

Secure your place by paying the non-refundable deposit.
