CMKL University recently brought its AI Roadshow to PSU Wittayanusorn School in Songkhla, offering high school students a day of immersive AI workshops led by world-class faculty and research team members. The event aimed to equip the next generation of tech leaders with practical skills and career insights.
Morning Sessions: From AI Fundamentals to Future Tech Innovation The morning opened with interactive sessions designed to spark creativity and outline tech career pathways:
Ideate and Create Your Future with AI: Led by Justin Paulsen, Assistant Professor and founder of Rising Tide Publishing, this session guided students on leveraging AI to transform ideas into future projects and viable businesses.
Fundamentals of AI & Career Pathways: Supawit Chockchowwat, Assistant Professor and former Visiting Faculty Researcher at Google, introduced foundational AI concepts alongside career routes in cloud computing, software engineering, and cybersecurity.
Innovation & Development Insights: Apirujee Rujirek, Associate Director, shared perspectives on innovation strategies and long-term career growth in technology.
Afternoon Hands-On Workshop & iSTEM 2026 Participation In the afternoon, Paksaran (Minnie) Kongkaew, CMKL Research Assistant Engineer, hosted a hands-on workshop titled "Turn AI Assistant into AI Agent." Students experimented with agentic AI models, learning how autonomous agents make decisions, complete multi-step tasks, and drive real-world problem-solving.
In addition to the workshops, CMKL faculty members were honored to serve on the official judging panel for the iSTEM 2026 & STEM Project Fair 2026 hosted at PSU Wittayanusorn, evaluating student-led STEM projects and innovation prototypes.
