On September 24, 2026, CMKL University visited KPIS International School for a morning of AI, entrepreneurship, and future-focused learning,
giving students an opportunity to explore how emerging technologies are shaping education, careers, and new business opportunities.

The session reflected CMKL’s approach to AI education, where students are encouraged not only to understand technology,
but also to apply it to real problems, develop ideas, and turn those ideas into practical outcomes.

Dharmaditay Sukulbrahman, Senior Student Recruitment and Communication at CMKL University, opened the program by introducing students
to the growing role of artificial intelligence across industries and the academic pathways available to those interested in AI, engineering, and technology.

Students then heard from Phasit Thanitkul (Kane), an alumnus of CMKL’s AI and Computer Engineering (AiCE) program and Founder of Sonar,
an AI-powered audiobook startup. Phasit shared his experience of developing Sonar while studying at CMKL,
offering students a first-hand perspective on how university learning, technical skills, and entrepreneurship can come together to create a real product.

His story highlighted the role universities can play not only as places to study established knowledge, but also as environments
where students can experiment, build, and begin developing ideas of their own.

The program continued with Tianwei Jing and “I’m the CEO!”, a hands-on entrepreneurship workshop that placed students in the role of company founders.
Working through business scenarios, participants developed their own companies, made strategic decisions, and considered how AI could be applied to address real-world challenges.

By connecting career exploration with practical entrepreneurship, the visit gave students a broader view of what studying and working in AI can involve,
from engineering and product development to business strategy and startup creation.

CMKL University continues to work with schools and education partners to create opportunities for young people to experience AI beyond the classroom,
understand its real-world applications, and explore how they might contribute to the future of technology and innovation.
