CMKL University Celebrates Class of 2026 and the Future of AI-Driven Innovation

Graduates from CMKL’s technology, AI, engineering, and innovation programs were honored for their academic achievement and readiness to contribute to Thailand’s future workforce and innovation ecosystem.

On Saturday, June 13, 2026, CMKL University held its graduation celebration for the Class of 2026, honoring graduates whose academic journeys reflect the university’s commitment to AI-driven education, hands-on learning, and innovation with real-world purpose.

The ceremony brought together members of the CMKL University Board of Trustees, university leadership, faculty, graduates, families, distinguished guests, and the wider CMKL community for a day of pride, reflection, and shared achievement.

At the beginning of the ceremony, attendees observed a moment of silence to express profound sorrow and join the nation in mourning the passing of Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati.

This year’s graduating class included students from Technology and Creative Innovation (TCI), Artificial Intelligence and Computer Engineering (AiCE), and Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), a dual degree program offered in collaboration with Carnegie Mellon University. Together, these programs represent CMKL’s interdisciplinary approach to preparing talent for a world increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence, advanced engineering, and responsible innovation.

Throughout their time at CMKL, the graduates engaged in rigorous academic study, applied research, collaborative projects, and practical problem-solving. Their work reflects the university’s belief that AI is not simply a tool added to education, but a foundation for building new ways of learning, researching, designing, and creating solutions for society.

The graduation celebration also recognized the role of faculty, families, mentors, and university partners in supporting students’ development. Their collective guidance helped shape graduates who are prepared not only with technical knowledge, but also with the analytical thinking, adaptability, and sense of responsibility needed to address complex challenges across industries.

The ceremony was deeply honored by the presence and support of the CMKL University Board of Trustees, whose leadership continues to strengthen the university’s mission to advance education, research, technology, and innovation for the needs of a rapidly changing world.

For CMKL, graduation is both a milestone and a beginning. It marks the completion of years of dedication, but also the start of a new journey in which graduates will carry forward the knowledge, values, and experiences gained at the university into research, industry, entrepreneurship, and public impact.

As Thailand continues to build its capacity in AI and advanced technology, CMKL graduates are part of a new generation of talent prepared to contribute meaningfully to the country’s innovation ecosystem and to the future of technology-driven society.

Congratulations to the CMKL Class of 2026. The university is deeply proud of each graduate and looks forward to seeing how their ideas, skills, and leadership will help shape the future.
