Financial Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with CMKL’s long-term goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for all university departments.
- Monitor and report financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and internal controls.
- Manage cash flow, investments, procurement, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Lead financial audits, liaise with external auditors, and ensure transparent reporting.
- Advise executive leadership on strategic financial decisions, investments, and resource allocation.
Human Resources Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the university’s mission and culture.
- Lead talent acquisition, recruitment planning, and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee performance evaluation systems, succession planning, and career development programs.
- Oversee employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, benefits administration, and HR reporting requirements.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and leadership on employee relations and organizational development.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
Operational & Cross-Functional Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management to align finance and HR strategies with institutional goals.
- Manage cross-departmental projects involving financial planning, HR initiatives, and organizational change.
- Support policy development, operational improvements, and risk management.
- Oversee implementation of HR and finance systems, processes, and reporting tools.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the President and executive team on all finance and HR matters.
