Strategic Leadership & Program Development
- Develop the vision, mission, and strategic goals for the AII program.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the program curriculum to ensure relevance, academic rigor, and alignment with industry needs.
- Ensure that program learning outcomes meet international standards and accreditation requirements.
- Lead initiatives to integrate interdisciplinary, industry-relevant, and innovation-focused content into the program.
- Establish measurable KPIs for program growth, quality, and student success.
Academic Management & Faculty Leadership
- Recruit, mentor, and manage full-time faculty, adjunct instructors, and guest lecturers.
- Facilitate professional development and collaboration among faculty to maintain teaching excellence.
- Oversee course scheduling, teaching assignments, and faculty workload planning.
- Support research initiatives, collaborative projects, and student-faculty innovation programs.
Student Recruitment & Academic Support
- Collaborate with recruitment and marketing teams to attract high-quality students globally.
- Oversee student admissions, orientation, academic advising, and retention programs.
- Monitor student academic progress, provide support for learning outcomes, and address student issues or complaints.
- Organize student engagement activities such as seminars, workshops, hackathons, and competitions.
Operations & Budget Management
- Develop and manage the program’s annual budget and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with administrative units to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Implement quality assurance measures and ensure compliance with university policies and external regulations.
- Prepare reports for university leadership on program performance, enrollment, and strategic initiatives.
External Relations & Industry Partnerships
- Build and maintain partnerships with local and international universities, research institutions, and industry partners.
- Represent the program at conferences, public forums, and professional networks.
- Identify opportunities for collaborative projects, internships, and research funding.
