Professor Sooksan Panichpapiboon is currently a Full Professor with the Faculty of Information Technology, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, Bangkok, Thailand. He received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and computer engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA, USA, in 2000, 2002, and 2006, respectively. His current research interests include intelligent transportation systems, vehicular networks, mobile sensors, and performance modeling. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE.
