How can the infrastructure supporting AI develop more sustainably?
CMKL University invites visitors to explore this question in “AI for Sustainability & Green Data Center,” a talk by Dr. Etienne Mueller at Sustainability Expo 2026.
The English-language session takes place on Sunday, 8 November 2026, from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at the Main Talk Stage, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC), Bangkok.
Understanding the infrastructure behind AI
AI depends on computing infrastructure. As its applications expand, understanding the relationship between computing, energy efficiency, and sustainability becomes increasingly relevant.
The talk will focus on green data centres and their role in discussions about sustainable digital development.
Dr. Mueller’s research focuses on brain-inspired, energy-efficient AI. His work provides a foundation for exploring how technological development and resource efficiency can be considered together.
Continue exploring at the exhibition
Visitors can also explore the Green Data Center exhibition in the Better Living: Resource Security Zone throughout SX2026, from 6 to 15 November.
With content contributed by CMKL University and Dr. Mueller, the exhibition introduces what green data centres are, why they matter, their benefits, and the current situation in Thailand.
