CMKL ID Card Information

All students are automatically issued ID cards once they start at CMKL. Students should be able to pick up their new ID cards from the registrar's office before the semester begins.

• If you have a problem with your ID card or need a replacement, please fill out the order an ID card replacement form or contact the Student Affairs Office. Some fee may be applied. 
• If your student card has been stolen, it will be replaced free of charge. Students will need to be able to provide proof that you have reported the theft to the police.
• If you are requesting a replacement card due to a name change, your old card has expired or is unreadable because of general wear and tear. Cards that are damaged must be returned to the front office.

The new card will be ready to collect 2 business days after the transaction date.
